Couples Counseling
Couples counseling offers a safe, supportive space for partners to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you are facing ongoing conflict, navigating a major life transition, or simply want to build a healthier relationship, counseling provides tools and insight to help you move forward together.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is designed to help you work through personal challenges, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies and a stronger sense of self.
Family Counseling
Family counseling helps families address communication struggles, conflict, and relational challenges. The goal is to strengthen understanding, improve problem-solving, and support healthier family dynamics.
Adolescent Counseling
Adolescent counseling supports teens as they navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, behavioral issues, school stress, and life changes. Counseling helps young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills in a supportive environment.
Approaches We Use
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We use thoughtful, evidence-based approaches based on your needs and goals.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Helps identify and transform negative interaction patterns while strengthening emotional bonds and secure attachment.
Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Focuses on strengthening friendship, managing conflict constructively, and building shared meaning.
Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT)
Combines practical behavior-change strategies with emotional acceptance to help couples work through recurring patterns.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Uses cognitive restructuring and behavior change to improve communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Centers on strengths, successes, and future-focused goals rather than staying stuck in the past.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Integrates mindfulness practices to improve presence, emotional awareness, and regulation in daily life and relationships.
Discernment Counseling
Designed for couples who feel uncertain about the future of their relationship and need clarity before deciding next steps.
Getting better starts with improving mental health
