We value your time and are committed to providing thoughtful, professional care and support through Astral Perceptions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how appointment cancellations, missed sessions, coaching services, classes, and fees are handled.

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in services through Astral Perceptions, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

Astral Perceptions reserves time, preparation, and scheduling specifically for each client or participant. Because of that, refunds are handled carefully and may be limited depending on the service purchased, the timing of the cancellation, and whether services have already been provided.

We aim to be fair and compassionate while also protecting the time set aside for clients, classes, and professional services.

2. Counseling Appointments

Counseling appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with adequate notice. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, missed or late-canceled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be treated as a no-show and may also be charged.
  • Insurance does not typically cover missed appointment or late cancellation fees.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

3. Coaching Services

Coaching services are different from counseling services and may include one-time sessions, packages, consultations, or other support services.

  • Single coaching sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
  • Single coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Once a coaching session has taken place, that session is non-refundable.
  • Multi-session coaching packages are generally non-refundable after the first session has been completed.

If a coaching package is canceled before any sessions are used, Astral Perceptions may review the request and, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund minus any processing or administrative fees.

4. Mindfulness Classes, Workshops, and Group Offerings

For mindfulness classes, workshops, group sessions, or other educational offerings, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be non-refundable.
  • If you do not attend a class, workshop, or group offering, your payment may be forfeited.
  • If Astral Perceptions cancels a class or event, participants will generally be offered a reschedule, credit, or refund.

5. Digital Products, Downloads, and Resource Materials

Any downloadable resources, digital products, guides, recordings, or materials made available through Astral Perceptions are generally non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

This is because digital products cannot realistically be “returned” once delivered. If you experience a technical issue receiving a purchased item, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed, but Astral Perceptions may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis where appropriate, including in situations involving:

  • Documented billing errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Service cancellation initiated by Astral Perceptions
  • Extraordinary circumstances reviewed at our discretion

Any approved refund may be issued in the original form of payment when possible, less any applicable administrative or processing fees.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Payments made for counseling, coaching, classes, or related services are for professional time, support, and participation. Because healing, growth, and personal development are deeply individual, Astral Perceptions does not guarantee specific outcomes, and dissatisfaction with results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

If you need to cancel an appointment, reschedule a service, or request review of a refund, please contact Astral Perceptions as soon as possible using the contact information below.

Please include your full name, the service or appointment type, the scheduled date if applicable, and a brief explanation of your request so it can be reviewed promptly.

9. Policy Updates

Astral Perceptions may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect business practices, scheduling procedures, legal requirements, or service changes. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
