Complaints

You may file a complaint with Astral Perceptions, LLC or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.

Note: HIPAA protections apply only to clinical counseling services. Coaching and non-clinical services may not be covered under HIPAA.
